At Scent Of Aura, we take great care in delivering your order safely. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with a replacement.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional charge.
• Please note that returns are only accepted for products damaged during delivery. Used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
